Just did a sample tasting for my son’s wedding in August. Tried 4 entrées and 3 sides. We actually liked every dish. The owner delivered the food to our home hot and described each dish and left it for us to try. It was a lot of food and it was all really good. We will be using Knife Herb and Fire for the wedding. Looking forward to working with Joe.

Ohio Bankers Benefits Trust (Easton) utilized Knife, Herb and Fire catering services on Thursday, March 10th for our HR Networking Reception. Joe arrived in plenty of time to display the food. The food was not only delicious but presented in a beautiful fashion of colors. The Bavarian creampuffs and tiramisu had attendees moaning in delight. We will definitely use Knife, Herb and Fire again. We were lucky enough to have leftovers to take home. My family definitely appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed the leftovers. Knife, Herb and Fire exceeded our expectations with set up and delivery, price, taste, and quantity of food. Highly recommend.

We had a plated service for our fifty wedding guests and I whole heartedly recommend Joe and his crew. The food was fabulous and all of our guests were complementing the service and quality/flavor of the food…even the next day! The chicken meatballs, satay, manicotti and chicken supreme were all divine! Oh, the food presentation is just as great as the food itself! I ever have need of a caterer again I know 100% who I will choose! Thank you Joe and crew for helping make our wedding so special.
